History

1992 - Incorporation of Nifex Limited as a private limited liability company with business interests across the importation of household consumable products to Nigeria.

1996 - Nifex Limited established Hyon- Dae photo printing Labs with the intent to process and distribute photographic materials. Nifex Limited obtained the sole distributorship rights to distribute Mitsubishi paper products.

2002 - Nifex Vegetable Oil Mill was incorporated. It is a leading vegetable oil refinery in the east of Nigeria. The facility comprises of a 50 metric ton per day refinery capacity and a 100 metric ton per day Solvent extraction plant.

2005 - Nifex Steel rolling Mill was established in the east of Nigeria. The steel mill is a 100 metric ton capacity plant. The plant uses scrap metal to produce billets and iron de-bar for the construction industry.

2011 - Nifex limited obtained the exploration license to explore for limestone to commence the production of a mini cement plant.
